I use IE 8. After downloading and then uninstalling EI 9 I get the message that IE cannot show the webpage fo?

I downloaded Internet Explorer 9, had many problems and so uninstalled it. Now when I try to get my mail I get a message that the page cannot be displayed. I tried opening a new account and want that account closed. That account is lvbarnes7720. How do I get the web page back? thanks joann barnes
