Thomson Router on Work Network no seeing other devices *HELP PLEASE*?

You need to troubleshoot while the problem is happening. When you can't see the other computers, can you reach the modem? Can you ping them by IP address? If wireless, do you detect the network? If wired, is the port lit up on both ends? And so on.
