Korean Language HELP~!!!?

How do I know when to use ᄌᄃᄉᄒᄐ etc... at the end of Korean syllable? They all make the same sound as ending consonants. 낫 낮 낱 낳 Is it okay to use just any of them? If not please tell me how to use what and when...?
