Internet Explorer 9...is it possible to download it on just my account?

Im using a shared computer... dell inspiron laptop... i dont really know much about computes but just wondering...is it posible to download the newest version of internet explorer just on my account or if i download it will it show up on say, my brothers or dads account as well?
