Does he like her??? Please I need advice?

My ex, he always says I'm the Love of his life still. He always says how pretty I am and how much he Loves me with all his Heart and he always say he's nothing without me, but today I discoverd he has a YouTube channel and he post songs that he dedicated to me and songsvi dedicate to him. But while I kept looking through the videos, all his favorites are this girl in his class singing and it shows him commenting on her videos like "your voicec is amazing" and "your still impress me with every syllable you say" etc. And he has talked to me About her maybe once or twice... Do you think he likes her and I should stop loving him or should I suck it up and go on with him???
