How come when i click something on the computer..?

It wont go? Like i click firefox, & it doesn't go. I click a game, it doesn't go. The only thing that works is internet explorer and im on that now i hate it. Help me please, i don't know whats wrong with it, it was working fine 2 days ago. YES, i already restarted the computer and everything.
